Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for working in an international environment? We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our dynamic HR team.
About the role
You will provide coordination & administration HR and payroll support for approximately 90 employees across multiple European countries (Slovakia, Netherlands, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, and the UK). You will work closely with the HR Manager and external payroll providers to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.
Key responsibilities
Support and advise employees on HR administrative matters across multiple countries
Coordinate with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Maintain employee records (filing and electronic documentation) and regularly check data accuracy
Coordinate employment contract signing and amendments (including use of electronic signature tools)
Manage HR data entry and updates in HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
Prepare and process onboarding and offboarding documentation
Monitor absences in the time management system
Support administration of employee benefits
Handle HR documentation (e.g. contracts, sick leave confirmations, official documents)
Provide support with ad hoc HR tasks, including reporting
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR/payroll or HR administration role within an international environment
Proven experience with multi-country payroll coordination (working with external providers is a plus)
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred
Experience with DocuSign or similar tools is an advantage
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) and Slovak (fluent)
