Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• ensures effective implementation of health & safety standards across all plants by driving standardization; performance management, and operational support.A key focus of the role is to establish and strengthen fire safety management across the organization, recognizing its critical impact on people safety and business continuity;

• develops and deploys global fire safety standards and non-negotiables, establishes and maintains a group-wide fire safety concept, ensures consistent implementation across all plants, conducst targeted fire safety audits and risk assessments, acts as subject matter expert for fire protection and prevention;

• defines and maintains global H&S standards (e.g., machine safety, risk assessment, contractor safety), ensures consistent application (“one way of working”) across all locations, supports rollout of policies, procedures, and tools;

• manages global H&S reporting system (e.g., TRIR, LTIR, fire KPIs), monitors plant performance and identifies gaps, drives corrective actions and continuous improvement;

• supports or leads investigations of serious incidents and fires, ensures root cause analysis and global learning, implements preventive measures across plants;

• coaches and supports plant EHS representatives, provides hands-on support to smaller or lower-maturity sites, shares best practices across the network;

• plans and conducts internal audits (focus on fire & critical risks), ensures compliance with legal and internal requirements, supports preparation for external audits.
