We are looking for an IT Recruiter who combines curiosity, a business mindset, and sourcing creativity to help build high-performing digital and engineering teams.

What will you do?​

End-to-End recruitment

• Own the entire recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding etc.).
  
• Utilize ATS, CRM tools and sourcing platforms to build strong candidate pipelines.

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality delivery across all recruitment activities.

• Hire both early-career talent (including internships) and experienced professionals.

Act as a Strategic Hiring Partner

• Work closely with hiring managers to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth.
• Use data, hiring metrics and market insights to improve recruitment outcomes and decision making.
  

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

• Deliver a smooth, professional and engaging candidate journey.
  
• Represent the company’s values and culture throughout the hiring process.

• Support employer branding initiatives in Košice — including job fairs, university collaborations, and digital campaigns.

Sourcing & Market Intelligence

• Design and execute sourcing strategies for various technical roles.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Leverage sourcing platforms and explore new technologies to expand reach.

• Provide insights into local talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring trends.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

What You bring

• Proven experience in corporate recruitment or sourcing, ideally within tech or digital environments.​
• Experience with MS Office and ATS/CRM systems (Workday is an advantage).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international matrixed organization.
• Fluency in both English and Slovak language.
  
• University degree in HR, Business or related field.
