O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager. This is a hybrid role, where the candidate will handle both new sales and account renewals/growth for existing customers. The ideal candidate will balance business development with relationship management, driving revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales growth plan for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa)
- Drive new customer acquisition
- Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring renewals and identifying upsell/cross sell opportunities
- Educate and sell to potential customers considering Solargis solutions
- Quickly learn the Solargis product portfolio and confidently present the Solargis value proposition
- Cultivate relationships with customers, understanding their requirements at both technical and business levels, and proposing meaningful solutions
- Handle sales inquiries, prepare business proposals, offers, and purchase agreements
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales developments and market opportunities
- Manage sales opportunities
- Contribute to marketing activities and attend exhibitions and commercial events
- Create a list of potential customers who are suitable for Solargis services
- Travel within the countries of the region to meet with customers

Candidate should have valid work permit in Slovakia
Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- University degree with exceptional academic results
- 3 or more years of experience in sales or business development is preferred
- Strong sales attitude, motivation, and willingness to learn will also be considered.
- Technical ability to understand customer problems and propose solutions
- Advanced communication skills with the ability to present effectively to a C-level audience
- Excellent English language skills required and very good command of other major European language
- Experience in B2B software or consulting is an advantage
- Solar energy and technical sales experience are an advantage
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
