Product Developer in Food Industry

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• You participate in the development and optimization of new and existing products in both laboratory and manufacturing environments, ensuring that every product meets high-quality standards.

• You prepare, review, and maintain all development-related documentation such as specifications, reports, protocols, and records to keep projects on track and fully compliant.

• You collaborate closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and other departments to guarantee successful product implementation from concept to final output.

• You monitor and evaluate applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and industry guidelines to ensure all product development activities align with current standards.

• You conduct sensory evaluations and product testing to gather valuable feedback that informs improvements and innovation.

• You analyze ingredient functionality and interact with suppliers to source the best materials for product formulations.

• You assist in troubleshooting production issues and contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.

• You stay updated with the latest food industry trends and technologies to keep our products competitive and innovative.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.

Familiarity with food, dietary supplement, or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality management principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Proactive attitude and willingness to continuously develop professional knowledge and skills.
