Sales Support Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with good analytical skills, a technical background, and a commercial mindset to become our new Fleet & Route Management Analyst, with the ambition to develop into the next subject matter expert in our fast-growing team.

In this role you will:

• Support Sales and Solutions Teams: Assist the sales team by preparing responses to client queries, presentations, and proposals for new business opportunities.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with Solutions Consultants to refine and enhance proposed solutions by offering fresh perspectives and constructive feedback.
• Perform ROI Analysis: Analyze customer-provided data, conduct data runs, and deliver actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare Solution Demonstrations: Set up and configure software solutions, including as Routing, Mobile, Telematics, and Transportation Management Systems.
• Handle and Configure Data: Transform data from various formats (e.g., Excel, XML, JSON) into ready-to-use formats for import and reporting.
• Focus on Customer: Collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 1–3 years of experience in roles such as sales engineering, customer support, testing, software development, or presales.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with structured data.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating clear and engaging presentations.
• The ability to understand and clearly communicate technical concepts.
• Strong presentation and English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
