This is a senior leadership role combining business consulting, strategic client partnership, team leadership, and commercial responsibility.

This is a senior leadership role combining business consulting, strategic client partnership, team leadership, and commercial responsibility.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B consulting and performance marketing, including significant hands-on experience with paid digital media/performance marketing campaigns in a B2B context, enjoys working with executive stakeholders, and is able to translate business objectives, data and market insights into impactful growth strategies for international clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of senior B2B consultants across strategy, analytics, CRO, RevOps and AI-driven initiatives.

  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise B2B clients, partnering with C-level stakeholders to solve complex business and marketing challenges.

  • Design and oversee tailored consulting engagements that support business growth, revenue generation and long-term client success.

  • Translate business goals, customer insights and performance data into actionable strategies across the full B2B customer lifecycle.

  • Drive discussions around demand generation, marketing strategy, sales alignment, CRM, RevOps, customer acquisition and conversion optimisation.

  • Support the team in navigating complex client situations, providing senior-level expertise where needed.

  • Take ownership of the department's strategic direction, commercial performance and continuous development, including process improvements and operational excellence.

  • Work closely with executive leadership on business planning, growth opportunities and strategic initiatives.

  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in B2B consulting, AI, digital transformation and data-driven marketing, sharing knowledge across the organisation.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in B2B consulting, strategic marketing consulting or agency leadership.

  • Significant experience with paid digital media/performance marketing (e.g. PPC, paid social, programmatic) within a B2B environment.

  • Strong understanding of B2B business strategy, demand generation, RevOps, CRM, CRO and marketing analytics.

  • Experience leading senior consulting teams and developing high-performing professionals.

  • Ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and facilitate strategic business discussions.

  • Commercial mindset with experience balancing client success and business performance.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
