About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and smart Assistant to join our team in Slovakia. This is a full-time position with diverse responsibilities: supporting administrative tasks, assisting with hiring processes for foreign workers, preparing applications for work permits, and contributing to marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do
-Provide daily administrative and office support
-Assist with recruitment and onboarding of foreign employees
-Prepare and submit applications to government offices
-Support marketing and communication activities (online & offline)
-Handle correspondence, document preparation, and filing
-Liaise with external partners and government authorities

What We’re Looking For
-Good command of English and Slovak (spoken & written) — required
-Legal background or experience with hiring foreign employees — a plus
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
-Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset
-Experience with immigration / foreign worker permits is not mandatory — training will be provided. We value intelligence, motivation, and willingness to grow above all.
