Account Receivable Specialist

• Proactively manage overdue customer accounts to ensure timely follow-up, effective collections, and minimized bad-debt risk
• Analyze AR aging reports and take ownership of resolving delinquent and long-overdue balances
• Ensure accurate and on-time month-end Accounts Receivable closing
• Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation, including process manuals and work instructions
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across teams and functions to resolve issues efficiently
• Actively support continuous process improvements in partnership with the team lead
• Deliver consistent performance against defined KPIs
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with control and audit requirements

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Education & Experience:
• Secondary or higher education in Economics, Finance, or Administration
• 3–5 years in Accounts Receivable / Collections
• Experience in customer communication and resolving payment issues

Skills & Knowledge:
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Confident in handling sensitive customer situations
• Knowledge of accounting and invoicing processes
• Strong analytical skills – comfortable with KPIs, reports, and data
• Advanced Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• English fluency; other languages a plus
