The Retail department focuses on enhancing the customer experience and efficiently managing fuel station operations. We work closely with other departments and external partners to develop modern retail services within the MOL Group. Join our team and gain valuable insight into business data analysis, process optimization, and innovation implementation to drive sales growth.

#WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:#
# Your Background#: A fresh graduate, have your master’s degree in an economy-related field.
# Your Personality#: Curious, confident, communicative, proactive and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems.
#Team Player#: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong.
#Language Skills#: Fluent in English and Slovak, proficiency in any other language is considered an asset.
#Tech Savvy#: Interest in SAP and IT job, excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and a willingness to work in an international environment.
