PERSONALITY brings a unique TOP management opportunity! For our important Client, successful international automotive company, we are exclusively hiring the position of Plant Manager.

This position is intended for an experienced Leader with a strong background in Tier 1 automotive industry.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Direct and lead the operation of the Tier 1 automotive manufacturing plant
• Implement strategies in allignement with company strategic objectives and provide clear sense of direction
• Direct management of all company departments 
• Implementation of the company's short- medium- and long-term strategy
• Responsibility for achieving the set company financial results
• Full P&L and cashflow responsibility
• Building sustainable partnerships with key stakeholders
• Strong leadership, inspiring, motivating and challenging subordinates
• Continuous employee development and couching, performance evaluation
• Developing processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
• Responsibility for efficient resources allocation to deliver optimal results
• Communication with customers and suppliers, maintaining good business relationships
• Development of plant continuous improvement programs and plans
• Ensure compliance of all plant operations with company policies

• Ability to build sustainable relations and partnerships
• Advanced English and Slovak language knowledge
