Logistic Engineer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Map, analyze and improve internal supply chain processes to minimize losses and inefficiencies in procurement,

production planning, logistics and warehousing and to support the achievement of customer requirements.

Identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks, propose improvements and support their implementation.

Participate in Supply Chain projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support the development and improvement of Supply Chain procedures including inventory management,

warehousing, automation, systems integration and distribution.

Cooperate with other plant departments to resolve issues and bottlenecks affecting Supply Chain performance.

Collect, analyze and interpret data to monitor Supply Chain performance and internal KPIs.

Prepare regular reports for department management.

Support the implementation and effective use of Supply Chain management systems and software.

Keep up to date with developments and best practices in Supply Chain and logistics.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the plant culture and promote Bonfiglioli values.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

·           Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or production planning in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

·           Process-oriented thinking with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

·           Good knowledge of MS Excel and ability to work with and analyze data.

·           Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.

·           Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

·           Knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement or other process improvement methods is an advantage.

·           English – minimum B2 level.

·           Proactive approach.

·           Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects and tasks.

·           Ability to cooperate effectively across different departments and functions.

·           Good communication and organizational skills.

·           Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
