Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

In this role, you will also act as a Data Steward, taking ownership of data governance, data quality, and metadata management across our data platform. You will establish clear data standards and access controls to ensure our data remains accurate, secure, and fully compliant with privacy regulations.​

• Drive continuous improvement of data quality through the definition, implementation, and monitoring of quality standards, KPIs, and validation processes.

• Identify, analyze, and coordinate the resolution of data quality issues across business and technical domains.

• Define and maintain data governance standards, policies, and best practices to ensure consistent and reliable data management.

• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, architecture, and regulatory requirements.

• Establish and oversee quality gates, maturity assessments, and review processes for data products and solutions.

• Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation, metadata, data contracts, and related governance artifacts.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, ownership, and quality expectations.

• Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery of data-related initiatives and adherence to established standards.

• Provide transparency on quality metrics, risks, project status, and improvement actions to stakeholders and management.

• Promote a data-driven culture by driving awareness, accountability, and adoption of data quality and governance practices throughout the organization.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Experience in data management, data analytics, data governance, or related areas.

• Strong understanding of data quality management, governance principles, and metadata management.

• Good knowledge of SQL, data integration, and modern cloud-based data platforms.

• Experience in stakeholder management and working with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to drive quality standards, documentation, and process compliance across multiple teams.

• Experience with Databricks and modern Lakehouse architectures is highly desirable.
