Quality Manager (male/female)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Quality Manager with good understanding of automotive industry, excellent knowledge of customer & supplier management, internal (process) quality and metrology is wanted for a small operation. Accountability & responsibility for a small team. Professional approach and communication skills are essential to manage day-to-day operation and contact with the customers, suppliers or during audits.

Compliance with automotive and ISO standards, and internal directives is a MUST.

Previous experience with launching new projects are expected!

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• we require professional experience and skills in the role of QM (minimum 3 yrs)
  
• excellent communication & negotiation skills in Slovak & English is MUST
• stron analytical skills
• very good level of understanding the industry regulations & standards
• even though it is a managerial position, the candidate must be able to execute and  perform admin job tasks 
  
• supportive of own team but also other teams in the company
• ability to manage and lead meetings with different levels of participants
