Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

An international data, research, and consulting company operating in the investment, real estate, and financial services sectors is expanding its sales team. This is a professional outbound sales role focused on high-quality B2B conversations and relationship building – not a call center or cold-calling position.

The company provides market data, analysis, research, and a digital data platform for developers, banks, investors, and investment funds. Clients are professionals and decision-makers across Europe and globally.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for actively sourcing business opportunities and generating a pipeline for the senior sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Proactively reaching out to existing B2B clients (developers, banks, investors, property managers)
- Lead generation and qualification of potential customers
- Scheduling business meetings for senior sales representatives
- Working with the CRM system and managing the sales pipeline
- Conducting market research and identifying decision-makers
- Following up with existing and “warm” leads
- Presenting products and services (data platform, research, events, information packages)
- Building long-term relationships – soft selling
- Meeting quantitative KPIs
- Collaborating on improving sales processes and scripts
- Full ownership of your pipeline – from first contact to qualified meeting
- Independently planning activities and prioritizing leads
- Actively contributing ideas to improve outbound strategies and processes

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / SDR / telesales / business development / lead generation
- Experience with cold calling and outbound communication
- Ability to communicate with senior decision-makers
- Systematic work with pipeline and CRM
- Results-oriented with focus on meeting KPIs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, energetic, and “hunter” mindset
- Resilience to rejection
- Fluent English (C1) – daily communication with international clients
- Advantageous: interest in investments, real estate, finance, or data services
