SSG Services Project Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Lead the project team to understand the project charter and to complete project objectives
- Understand and manage project scope to deliver within the time / cost restraints
- Ensure E2E process will be executed as designed / Identify and communicate gaps
- Ensure appropriate team membership / functional representation
- Monitor execution, Drive functional commitments to deliver, and Provide timely / accurate project status updates
- Own project risk management planning and change control
- Manage the Decision Checkpoint Process for the project
- Understand other Services projects planned/underway and identify if related to the project & ensure effective interlock
- Performs regular Lessons Learned with the team to ensure project and process improvements are captured from Concept to Launch

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Minimum of 3 years project management experience; PMI preferred but not required
- Proven track record in project management of complex projects ability to
balance competing priorities, and be flexible and creative
- Ability to maintain composure and perseverance in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
to build effective working relationships and collaborate with senior executives.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across diverse stakeholders to ensure responsiveness to deliverables and deadlines, alignment with project imperatives, and drive action
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Project
