Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
WHAT MAKES WORKING IN THE COMMERCIAL TEAM SPECIAL?
We are a commercial team, and business negotiations and numbers are our daily bread. We purchase goods from our suppliers with the aim of maximizing customer satisfaction. Purchasing managers are responsible for negotiating with our suppliers to achieve the best prices and product quality.
 
WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
• Your main task is to create a purchasing strategy within the entrusted assortment (Berries and Stone Fruit).
• You maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers.
• You are in daily contact with suppliers and are responsible for negotiating the best prices and product quality.
• You identify new purchasing opportunities and monitor current trends and competitors within your assortment.
• Your goal is to achieve defined financial targets.
• You will also carry out analyses and evaluations of product sales.
• Responsibility for Central Europe (Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia.)

Monthly gross salary: from 2130 EUR month/gross plus employee card with which you can save up to 1200 EUR per year on purchases at Tesco

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• University studies
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement (retail), experience in a large international company (FMCG) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of English is essential as it is used daily (B2 level).
• Strategic thinking and excellent analytical skills.
• MS Office, especially Excel.
• Great communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer focus is a must.
• Motivation to bring our customers a great offer under the Tesco brand.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Ability to make independent decisions while also working effectively in a team.
