PR & Social Media Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

At Seerlinq, a dynamic med-tech startup connecting science, research, and technology, we're building the future of telemonitoring for patients with heart failure. Together with the Premedix clinic, where research, innovation, and real patient care meet, we're looking for a Medior PR & Social Media Manager to help us grow our voice and make sure the right people hear our story.

You'll shape the public presence of both brands, Seerlinq and Premedix, plus our CEO's, across social media, press, and industry events, working closely with the marketing team (you won't be alone in this). One day you might be filming a reel at the clinic, the next pitching a journalist, or drafting a LinkedIn post for the CEO. What you'll do

• Manage and grow the public presence of Seerlinq and Premedix clinic across media channels

• Manage and grow Seerlinq, Premedix, and the CEO's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X)

• Create engaging content: posts, reels, short videos, infographics, and stories based on a content plan

• Record, edit, and produce short-form video content (reels, testimonials, event recaps) for social media and internal use

• Help plan and maintain a content calendar across all brands and channels

• Develop and execute PR strategies tailored to med-tech, healthcare, and startup audiences

• Write and distribute press releases, expert commentary, and media pitches

• Coordinate thought leadership content for the CEO (interviews, conference appearances, speaking opportunities)

• Identify and manage influencer partnerships in the health, wellness, and medical space

• Build relationships with patient advocacy groups and medical societies

• Organize conferences, webinars, and product launches

• Travel to selected congresses, industry events, and investor conferences across Europe

• Track and report PR and social media performance metrics

How hiring works for this position:

Round 1 – Our recruiter will call you for a short screening call (30 min)
Round 2 – An in-person meeting with the team manager, during which you'll also receive a task to complete (30-45 min)
Round 3 – An in-person meeting with our CEO (30 min)

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in social media and content marketing (required); PR and communications experience is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Slovak

• A creative eye for content and storytelling, ideally with hands-on photo/video experience

• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Interest in healthcare, digital health, or med-tech is a strong advantage
