O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

For our client, an international B2B company entering the Slovak market, we are looking for a proactive Office Manager, who will take on a key responsibility for the successful launch and subsequent management of the SSC and logistics center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facility Management (Key role at the start): Act as the main point of contact for all facility-related matters, managing maintenance requests, safety issues, and overseeing the launch of two separate operations (offices and logistics warehouse)
  • Vendor Management: Responsible for managing supplier relationships and ensuring that facilities provide a productive environment across both operational centers.
  • Administration Management: Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling, correspondence management, and controlling office inventory for the administrative team
  • Resource and Equipment Management: Ensure effective management of office resources, maintain supply levels, and supervise facility maintenance
  • Coordination of HR-related Activities: Coordinate employee activities (meetings, corporate events) and team-building initiatives, focusing on ensuring a smooth workflow across the new administrative and logistics departments

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  • Proven track record in a similar role. Previous experience with launching a new branch or establishing a new business unit is a strong asset
  • Language Skills: Fluent English (C1 level) is essential for effective communication with international management. Additional languages are considered a strong advantage for supporting the SSC
