Marketing Communication – Team Leader / Manager

#Who are we looking for?#
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Communication Team Leader / Manager with a strong strategic mindset, natural leadership skills, and passion for building strong brands through impactful communication. You feel confident leading teams, managing agencies, and translating business goals into measurable marketing outcomes.
In this role, you will primarily focus on the Slovnaft brand and the Slovak market, with your office based in Bratislava, while at the same time being an integral part of the broader MOL Group marketing community, collaborating and aligning with Group-level priorities and expertise.

#What will you do?#
*Drive end to end brand and marketing communication strategy, directly supporting business performance and long term brand value
*Lead, inspire, and develop a high performing marketing communication team, setting clear direction and high standards
*Translate business objectives into strong, insight driven campaigns across the full brand and product portfolio
*Manage and challenge creative, ATL, research, and production agencies to deliver impactful, measurable results
*Own marketing communication budgets, ensuring smart investment, efficiency, and maximum return
*Act as a key strategic partner to company management and Group Marketing in shaping communication priorities

#What do we expect?#
*Master’s degree (Marketing, Management or similar)
*Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing communication
*Proven leadership and team management experience
*Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
*Strategic, conceptual thinking with a results-oriented mindset
*Experience with crisis communication and complex stakeholder environments
*Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and independently
*Excellent Slovak language skills (spoken and written)
*English proficiency and Slovak native
