Quality manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives at Zeelandia.

In this role,

you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. You'll develop and implement quality management systems and processes that foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities and duties:

• providing for the operation, maintenance and improvement of QMS and HACCP in accordance with STN EN ISO 9001:2015 standards,
• ensuring internal and external audits,
• perfect knowledge and constant education regarding legislation of the Slovak Republic and the EU in the field of food,
• participation in the corporate meetings of quality assurance and regulatory affairs groups (QA and RA), ensuring quality and RA within the corporate rules,
• • working closely and coordinating the work with other departments of the company in terms of management of the quality of sold products (specifications, preparation of training, product documentation, certification,…),
• regular communication with our customers regarding specifications or other requirements.

• We require the applicant's permanent residence in the selected region - Košice or Prešov region.
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
• Required health certificate.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
