Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Web Content Creator to provide editorial input to the portal.​

Responsibilities:

• Provide editorial input to the portal, including:
• Develop, update, and set up new sections, pages, and modules in collaboration with designers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Support the creation of mock-ups, prototypes, and tests for new portal functionalities and content structures.
• Facilitate user exchange and interaction by enabling collaborative spaces and feedback mechanisms.
• Create and manage wiki pages, knowledge bases, or collaborative sites for internal and external users.
• Implement and maintain social and collaborative solutions to enhance user engagement.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to all web content.
• Ensure all content is optimized for readability, accessibility, and usability across devices.
• Proofread, edit, and maintain high editorial standards in all publications.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, reporting on key metrics and suggesting improvements.
• Keep up to date with industry best practices, competitor portals, and new digital trends.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Educational & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Information Management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Demonstrated experience in web content creation and editorial management.
• Portfolio of previous content, portal contributions, or collaborative site implementations preferred.
• Essential:
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for engaging and concise digital communication.
• Proven experience in web content creation, editorial writing, or digital publishing.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and digital design principles.
• Experience supporting mock-ups, wireframes, or prototypes for web projects.
• Ability to manage wikis, knowledge bases, or collaborative sites.
• Understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Desirable:
• Experience with social collaboration tools and community management.
• Knowledge of usability testing, UX principles, and user journey mapping.
• Ability to create or manage multimedia content (graphics, videos, infographics).
• Experience working in portal-based environments or large-scale information platforms.
