Junior Salesforce Developer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
• Learn to design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce business solutions alongside experienced developers
• Work on the development of Salesforce apps with Apex, LWC, and Flows, gradually taking on responsibility for small features
• Help analyze client requirements and define data models for business and technical needs
• Evaluate new CRM tools like Agentforce, DevOps Center, and Data Cloud, and recommend their adoption
• Learn to configure Agentforce AI Agents by defining actions, using Prompt Builder, and applying AI capabilities
• Support and troubleshoot existing Salesforce customizations and integrations
• Master Salesforce best practices, including secure coding, modular design, declarative-first strategy, and integration patterns
• Use previous .NET, Java, web services, or SQL experience to assist with integrations
• Work with senior developers, product owners, and analysts to translate requirements into technical tasks

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• Motivated to build a career in Salesforce development and eager to learn
• Basic programming knowledge in Java, C#, or similar, and understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
• Willing to learn LWC, Apex, Flows, APIs, and other Salesforce features
• Interested in Agentforce and AI-driven development
• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT or related field; suitable for recent graduates
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+)

NICE TO HAVE:
• Any level of existing Salesforce experience (e.g., prior Salesforce project experience, completed Trailhead modules, volunteer/academic projects, hands on sandbox practice, internships, or basic understanding of CRM concepts)
• Salesforce certifications (especially Salesforce App Builder or Platform Developer 1) are a strong advantage but not required — support will be provided for certification paths
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks is a plus
• German language skills
