Your responsibilities:

• Develop and manage mid-term and long-term production plans aligned with business goals

• Analyze demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability to ensure optimal planning

• Work closely with production, procurement, and supply chain teams

• Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and proactively propose solutions

• Optimize planning processes and continuously improve efficiency

• Use advanced tools to support data-driven decision making

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• 2–5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, operations planning, or a similar analytical role

• Education in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or a related field

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets and translate them into actionable plans

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis; Power Query or VBA is a plus)

• Hands-on experience with SAP (ideally PP/MM modules) or another ERP system

• Proven ability to manage mid- to long-term planning horizons (capacity planning, forecasting, S&OP support)

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify risks and propose effective solutions

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and constraints

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
