Ads & Promotions Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As an Ads & Promotions Specialist, you’ll work with our Partners and help them utilise multiple Wolt tools - Wolt Ads & Wolt Promos. This role will be primarily responsible for selling Ads & Promo services to merchants, helping them identify the right advertising and promotional solutions to grow their business on Wolt.

The person in this role will manage the full sales process, from merchant outreach and pitching to campaign setup coordination and post-campaign follow-up. They will also support ads & promos operations and reporting, ensuring that campaigns are launched on time, stay within budget, and that internal and external stakeholders receive clear performance insights. The ideal candidate will have basic sales experience, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to develop in Ads sales

• Proactively contact our Partners to secure their participation in Wolt Ads & Wolt Promotions campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing data and proactively identifying optimization opportunities through performance dashboards
• Report performance & impact to both Partners and internal stakeholders
• Set up and launch of ads and promo campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of delivery and performance
• Working with internal & external teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and on budget
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve Ads & Promotions operations processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Managing incoming queries regarding Wolt Ads & Wolt Promos

• If you have your first sales experience behind you, this is the role for you!
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Slovak and English
