As a Recruitment Specialist, you’ll manage hiring for a variety of roles – from administrative and back-office positions to finance, RPA, top management, and occasionally regional roles.Because we support different markets and look for colleagues who speak various foreign languages, you’ll actively use both Slovak and English in your work - during interviews and when collaborating with colleagues from other countries.

Your responsibilities will be:

Managing the full recruitment cycle – from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
Sourcing candidates creatively through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
Leading interviews independently and assessing both professional and personal fit.
Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide expert advice.
Organizing assessment centers for leadership roles.
Employer branding activities - representing company at job fairs and other events .
Collaborating with agencies, universities and internal teams to ensure smooth processes.
Handling recruitment systems and reporting, keeping everything accurate and up to date.
Driving process improvements and contributing ideas to make recruitment even better.
Projects participation in order to develop and improve our strategy.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition at least 2 years
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English (spoken & written).
Good MS Office skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Team player with a proactive mindset.
