We are looking for a Junior AGC/EMS Consultant to join our dynamic team and help configure cutting-edge control systems for transmission and distribution networks. EDUCATION - DIPLOMAS REQUIRED:

• University degree in Electrical Power Engineering, Informatics or relevant experience

LANGUAGES:

• English knowledge in spoken and written B2

JOB DESCRIPTION (RESPONSIBILITIES, TASKS AND OTHER SPECIFIC FEATURES OF THE POSITION):

• Configure AGC and EMS applications (including State Estimation, Contingency Analysis)
• Build and maintain the distribution network model (CIM-based)
• Perform parameter tuning, topology validation, and data integrations
• Conduct FAT/SAT testing, prepare documentation, and provide operational support
• Deliver AGC/EMS system service and maintenance
• Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers
• Prepare technical documentation and training sessions

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the energy sector, specifically in power generation and distribution
• Hands-on experience with mathematical modeling and network analysis of electrical grids, including optimization tools for grid operation
• Background in development, implementation, or operation of automated control systems for electrical networks (distribution and transmission level)
• Knowledge of:
  • Energy Management Systems (EMS) and AGC for Transmission System Operators
  • Electrical network analysis and energy market business systems
  • Real-time IT systems implementation

• Professional credibility and technical competence
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Experience in client negotiations
• Driver’s license (Group B)
• Inspection technician certificate is an advantage but not mandatory

Compensation & Benefits:

• FROM 2000€ / month gross (Final salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications)
• Annual bonus equivalent to one month's salary and performance-based bonuses
• Flexible working arrangements
