O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- The CAPEX Project Administrator is the central administrative back-office role of the project team. This role provides comprehensive support to the Project Director, Project Managers, and Engineers across all phases.
- While the core focus is administration and coordination, the ideal candidate brings a working knowledge of both commercial/financial principles (cost tracking, reporting, procurement processes) and technical/engineering documentation practices (document control, drawing registers, EDMS). This combined awareness enables the Administrator to anticipate team needs, communicate effectively across disciplines, and add tangible value beyond routine administrative tasks.
- The role acts as the organisational focal point of the project: managing information flow, maintaining project records, coordinating meetings and actions, and ensuring the project team can focus on delivery rather than administration.
- Collaboration and coordination with the local operations team
- Performing other tasks as instructed by your supervisor in accordance with your job description.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a project administration or project coordination role.
• Demonstrable experience supporting senior project level (Project Director / Project Manager level).
• Proficiency in document management systems (SharePoint).
• Solid command of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel (intermediate), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience maintaining structured registers (document registers, action logs, contract
registers, cost trackers).
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills; able to draft professional
correspondence independently.
• Experience working in a industrial environment is an advantage
