SAP Key User (male/female)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Daily operations: You will be actively involved in day-to-day operations and part of the operational team (materials planning, production planning, or customer service)

• Ensuring smooth processes: You will ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities and support new projects and process optimizations within the SAP system

• Creating analyses and reports: Regularly creating statistics and reports is part of your responsibilities to enable transparency and informed decision-making

• Optimizing SAP applications: You will analyze existing SAP applications, review process changes, and ensure their seamless integration into logistics processes

• Implementing requirements: From evaluating new requirements and developing technical specifications to supporting IT implementation, you will create test scenarios, conduct tests, and document processes and system settings

• Facilitating team communication: Your daily work involves close collaboration with internal departments and external contacts along the supply chain.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• SAP Skills: Proficient in SAP EWM and S/4HANA.
• IT & Process Aptitude: Strong understanding of logistics processes and interrelationships, as well as a high level of IT affinity.
• Analysis Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Soft Skills: Strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for direct interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
