Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
For our international client, we are looking for a detail-oriented candidate with Dutch language skills who is eager to grow in the field of administration and billing processes within a European environment.
About the role:
Join an international team responsible for processing and managing invoices related to vehicle fleets across Europe. This role is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in administration and finance within a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities:
-Validation and processing of supplier invoices in internal systems
-Allocation of invoices to repairs, maintenance, damages, etc.
-Processing of additional/extra charge invoices
-Supporting the Fleet Service team during peak periods
-Performing formal checks of invoices
-Ensuring proper archiving of documentation
-Preparing and updating work instructions and procedures
-Making sure supplier bookings are done on time and accurately
-Acting as a point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding invoice status

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
-Dutch and English language skills at least on B2 level
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
-Ability to work with large volumes of data in a structured way
-Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools
-Good communication skills (written & verbal)
-Responsible, reliable and patient personality
-Willingness to learn and develop in the field of administration/finance
-Previous experience with invoicing or administration is an advantage, not a must
