Chief Revenue Officer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are hiring a Head of Sales to lead go-to-market strategy, build the sales team, and
drive revenue for our GPUaaS platform. This role combines leadership with hands-on
selling in the AI infrastructure space, targeting AI/ML companies, enterprises, research
institutions, and HPC users.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy and go-to-market plans for GPUaaS in AI
and HPC markets.
- Build and manage the sales team (Account Executives, Solutions Engineers,
SDRs).
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, and reporting to leadership.
- Lead enterprise sales cycles: engage technical and executive stakeholders, run
demos/POCs, and close deals.
- Target key verticals and regions, starting in Europe.
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing on messaging, customer
feedback, and roadmap input.
- Establish partnerships and channels to expand reach.
- Manage pipeline through outbound, events, and inbound leads; use CRM tools
effectively.
- Track competitors and market trends in GPU compute to adjust approach.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- 8+ years in B2B tech sales, with 3–5+ years in sales leadership roles.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding targets in cloud, AI infrastructure, HPC, or SaaS.

- Experience building sales teams in startups or growth-stage companies.

- Technical understanding of GPUaaS value (performance, scaling, cost).
- Professional English; additional European languages a plus.
