O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for an engaged and motivated colleague who is willing & able to take over the role as Ordering & Invoicing Specialist.

The right candidate should have gained experience and worked successfully in the Invoicing/ Sales area, ideally in an international company. A structured & well-organized personality, who is eager to grow, is a desired profile.

Purpose & Main Activities:

• Processing of orders of stock vehicles
• Responsible for invoicing and credit notes
• Acceptance, control and administration of incoming invoices
• Confirming and administration of campaigns and subsidies to dealers
• Logistic of transport (deadline tracking, prioritisation of transport)
• Acceptance, control and reporting of transport damages, re-invoicing
• Administration of vehicle documentation, evidence of electronic cards     

• Support of internal Sales department with different ad-hoc reports and communications with dealers                                                                           

• Preparation of reports (monthly reports, overview reports)

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in similar area
  • Basic invoicing knowledge – advantage   
  • Basic technical background
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, active problem solving and able to cope with stress
  • Pro-active attitude and good problem solving skills
  • MS Excel – advanced, MS PowerPoint – good knowledge
  • SAP knowledge – advantage
  • English – B1, Slovak – Fluent
  • Education: Secondary school with graduation / Master Degree with focus on economic
  • Driving licence: B
