Responsibilities include analyzing email and in-product messaging campaigns, interpreting data, and delivering insights to drive optimizations. Your contributions will directly impact customer engagement and overall marketing ROI.

##Email and In-Product Campaign Analysis & Optimization##
- Track and analyze email campaign and in-product campaigns performance metrics
- Identify hidden trends
- Convert insights into strategic recommendations for improvements
- Implement optimizations to enhance deliverability, engagement, and lead generation
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve results
##Business Analytics & Reporting##
- Establish and track main KPIs to measure marketing and email campaign success
- Build and present regular performance reports and dashboards
- Integrate cross-platform insights by utilizing Google Analytics 4 (GA4) in tandem with Looker Studio to track the full user journey from email click-through to on-site conversions, enabling data-driven optimization of the marketing funnel
- Leverage data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik Sense) to communicate complex metrics in a clear and actionable way

##Requirements:##
- Experience using analytics and BI tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google LookerStudio, Power BI, Qlik Sense, MS SQL server) for data visualization and reporting
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
- Strong SQL knowledge is required
- Experience tracking and measuring KPIs related to campaign performance (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions, ROI)
- Excellent communication skills to present analyses and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluent in English (B2/C1)
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach
