Motion & Graphic Designer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a creative and versatile Motion & Graphic Designer to strengthen our in-house design team and help us create high-quality visual content across digital and offline channels. The role combines motion design, video editing, AI video production and graphic design — you'll create strong static visuals, bring them to life through motion, edit video content, and use modern AI tools to produce engaging product and marketing videos.

What will you be in charge of?

Create motion graphics and animate static visual assets.
Edit and post-produce product, marketing and social media videos.
Produce product and marketing videos using AI tools.
Create short-form video content and creatives for social media and digital campaigns.
Design static PPC/display banners and adapt them into required formats.
Create banners and other visual assets for websites.
Design graphics and banners for CRM and email campaigns.
Adapt campaign key visuals across digital and offline formats.
Support HR and employer branding with hiring posts, social media assets and internal communication materials.
Design posters, print materials and other branded assets.
Support office branding and visual design for company spaces.
Collaborate closely with the internal design and marketing teams.
Ensure consistent application of the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• Experience in both graphic design and motion design.
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with After Effects.
• Video editing experience in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI image and video generation tools.
• Have a strong understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Can work within an established visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Can adapt a creative concept across multiple channels and formats.
• Are creative, independent and detail-oriented.
• Experience in product/e-commerce design, performance marketing assets, advanced AI workflows, Figma, print production or office branding is a plus.
