Construction & Assembly Supervisor

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

For an international mechanical engineering company that is among the leaders in the production and assembly of steel structures, we are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Construction & Assembly Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing assembly work abroad.

Job responsibilities:

- Ensuring the complete assembly process of steel structures based on technical documentation and customer specifications,

- Coordinating and leading the assembly team, delegating tasks, and actively participating in assembly work as needed,

- Daily communication with the client directly on-site and proactively resolving arising issues,

- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards during assembly,

- Regular reporting on project status and progress,

- Personal participation in inspection days and technical reviews of completed projects,

- Flexibility and willingness to travel – long-term stays abroad until project completion.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

- Experience in a similar position in the field of steel structure assembly, mechanical engineering or construction,

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings,

- Practical experience in team management and assembly work coordination,

- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) – daily communication with clients and the assembly team,

- Technical thinking and ability to solve problems proactively on-site,

- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards,

- Willingness to travel abroad for extended periods.
