Material Development Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Independent testing of new tools at the tool manufacturer
- Independent optimization of the tools based on the problems identified
- Support for process start-ups for new projects in the plants
- Responsible for determining the optimal injection molding parameters in all plants and projects
- Optimization of injection molding projects in all plants by optimizing the injection molding parameters and reducing cycle times
- Sampling and evaluation of new materials
- Documentation of all optimizations
- Creation and presentation of the results in presentations
- Setting up, driving and optimizing injection molding tools and injection molding machines including the associated peripheral devices (handling; dryers, mills, sorting units ...)
- Troubleshooting the systems and initiating necessary repairs
- Carrying out simple maintenance and cleaning work
- Continuous process optimization (CIP) and active participation in the CIP process
- Goal: 0-fault production (0ppm)
- Maintenance and care of the allocated equipment
- Ensuring customer satisfaction internally / externally (customer)
- Implementation of training and instruction, advice and support for employees in the project
- Responsible for the implementation of the defined Q standards"
