QA Corporate Auditor

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
As a QA Corporate Auditor, you will be responsible for auditing and assessing internal processes to identify areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with industry standards, agile methodologies, and scaled frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, process auditing, and a solid understanding of agile principles and various development frameworks.

##Key Responsibilities:##
- Develop and implement QA audit plans.
- Conduct regular audits of internal processes to identify risks, areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards, development methodologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify, address and document non-conformities found.
- Provide auditees with high-quality audit reports and recommendations for non-conformities removal.
- Maintain appropriate work papers and evidence to support findings.
- Analyze audit results to estimate the quality risk and severity of findings, report those findings to appropriate places.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of non-conformities removal and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Monitor and provide process quality metrics out of audit reports.
- Contribute with audits results into overall projects quality reports (RAG statuses).
- Keeping abreast of industry standards and internal methodology.

##Requirements:##
- Proven experience as a QA Corporate Auditor (Internal Auditor, ISO Auditor) or similar role in Quality Assurance (Senior SW Tester, Test Architect, Test Analyst, Process Advisor, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance principles, process auditing, and industry standards.
- Knowledge of a risk management framework
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with knowledge of SAFe framework being a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Certification in relevant quality assurance or auditing methodologies is a plus (ISO 9001 Auditor, CQA, Theiia, etc..)

##Nice to Have:##
- Experience with auditing of QMS (ISO 9001)
