YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Styling mannequins and arranging products to create inspiring shopping experiences that reflect our central visual concepts
• Supporting layout updates and window displays based on seasonal trends, new arrivals, and business needs
• Collaborating with store management and the visual team to align merchandising with marketing campaigns and promotions
• Working closely with the sales team to ensure strong product placement and stock availability on the shop floor
• Keeping visual areas and backstock clean, organized, and ready for action

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have at least 1 years of experience in visual merchandising-but experience in FMCG or other service-driven environments is also welcome
• You truly care about delivering great service and creating a positive experience for customers and colleagues alike
• You're proactive, dedicated, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done
• You're passionate about fashion and lifestyle, and excited to share that enthusiasm with your team
• You speak English confidently - German skills are a plus but not required

For the position of Assistant Department Manager Visual Merchandiser, we offer you a monthly gross salary of 1.515 EUR; an overpayment is possible depending on the specific qualification and experience.
