There is no fixed salary position in our company every employee has bonuses — compensation is entirely performance-based. Fix is 1450 brutto. The average monthly income of our sales managers exceeds €6,000 per month. Every month has a sales target which can also be exceeded, unlocking higher commission multipliers. High earnings require discipline, consistency, and strong work ethic. The position is highly rewarding for ambitious individuals focused on achieving results. Communicating with clients from GCC and North African countries and Europe
Sales and sourcing of vehicles based on client requirements
Following up on leads and building long-term business relationships
Communication via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media
Assisting with vehicle export and logistics processes
Representing the company during business negotiations
