Quality Staff

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

1. Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection

Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and final products

Apply statistical process control (SPC) and measurement system analysis (MSA)

Ensure compliance with customer drawings and specifications

2. Quality Data Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor defect trends and analyze production data

Use tools like Pareto Analysis, Control Charts, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)

Report KPIs such as First Pass Yield, PPM (Parts Per Million), and Customer Return Rate

3. Customer & Supplier Quality Management

Respond to customer complaints and perform root cause analysis

Issue and track 8D reports, implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)

Audit and manage supplier quality performance; support supplier development

Managing 4M Changes with Customers and Suppliers (Including Approvals/ Initial Sample Submissions etc.)

4. Equipment & Measurement System Control

Manage calibration schedules for gauges and testing equipment

Maintain Gage R&R studies to ensure measurement reliability

5. Auditing & Compliance

Conduct internal audits based on IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards

Prepare for and coordinate external audits by customers or certification bodies

Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and legal requirements

6. Continuous Improvement Activities

Lead or participate in Kaizen, Six Sigma, or 5S projects

Drive improvements to reduce scrap, rework, and warranty claims

Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D to improve product quality

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

▶Required Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 9001 standards

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (e.g., 5 Why, Ishikawa)

Proficient in quality tools (FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP)

Experience with OEM/Tier 1 customer requirements

Certifications such as CQI (AIAG), Six Sigma, or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) are a plus
