About The Role: 
Are you passionate marketer with interest in new categories? Would you like to personally influence development of young and very dynamic category? Would you like to locally lead and develop communication, product innovations and activations, which are really influencing consumer behavior? Then, we are looking for you!

Birell is n.1 brand in non- alcoholic unflavored beer and strong n.2 in non - alcoholic flavored beer in Slovakia. Such brand requires open-minded, innovative and passionate marketer!   As a Brand Manager you will co-create long-term vision for the brand and be responsible for turning it into actionable plan. You are owner of multiply brand activities, including product innovations and its launch to the market and ensuring they are in line with the brand strategy.  You inspire and motivate agencies to give their maximum while maintaining a good relationship and inspire great collaboration cross-functionally across the company. 

Your main point of contact during the recruitment process will be me, Andrej, and you will also meet the Brand Team Manager, Honza.

Your key accountabilities:

• Active involvement on creation and delivery of Birell annual integrated commercial plan 
• Lead activities development and oversee execution in all consumer and trade touchpoints above market and category standards  
• Understanding the business context and situation in non-alcoholic beverages segment 
• Stakeholders management on different levels – ability to handle negotiations and buy-in across the company 
• Actively participate in cross-functional projects beyond brand marketing 
• Agency management with all brand agencies – ensuring highest quality of outcomes, while maintaining good and productive relationship 
• Lead and develop one talent 
• Budget responsibility 

 Requirements:

 

Must have 

• University degree 
• Success record in marketing proven on multiple brands  
• Experience with operational marketing in its full scope and complexity (brand development, high reach media, online, PR, sponsorship, trade activations) 
• Strong stakeholder management
• Finance and business acumen  
• Fluent English and Slovak  
• Active driver 
• Open-minded and curious personality 

 

Nice to have

• Creative, goal oriented and talkative person 
• Experience with product innovations 
• Trade marketing experience
