Become the face of the Chery brand, which is just entering the Slovak market!

We are looking for a colleague for the position of Sales Director who is not afraid of a challenge, has an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to build something completely new. This position is key - you will be responsible for fulfilling sales plans, leading the team and participating in setting up processes. If you are attracted by the opportunity to become part of the launch of a major automotive brand with a global background, then we are looking for you.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• leading and motivating the sales team
• responsible for meeting Chery brand sales targets
• active participation in creating sales and marketing strategies
• setting and monitoring sales processes
• building and developing relationships with business partners and end customers
• analysis of sales results and proposing measures to improve performance
• reporting to company management

What knowledge and skills should you have?

• Secondary/high school education
• at least 3 years of experience in automotive sales, of which at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position
• proven results in the implementation of business plans
• knowledge of the Slovak automotive market and business processes
• ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
• excellent communication and negotiation skills
• strategic and analytical thinking
• very good knowledge of English (verbal and written) an advantage
