Supply Chain Projects Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are currently looking for a GBS Supply Chain Project Specialist to join the Supply Chain Operations team of our client, a leading global automotive supplier.

This role reports to the GBS Supply Chain Projects Manager and plays a key role in supporting the efficient execution of supply chain operations within assigned business processes, functions, or project areas.

• Support project performance reporting under the guidance of the GBS Supply Chain Projects Manager.

• Assist with data management, maintenance, updates, and validation in line with project requirements.

• Create, document, and regularly update work instructions and process documentation for assigned projects and activities.

• Support communication with internal and external stakeholders and provide updates when required.

• Provide operational support for SCM projects and initiatives across the organization.

• Prepare and maintain reports and deliver them within defined deadlines.

• Support data validation, cleansing, and updates in ERP systems according to business requirements.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Professional Experience & Technical Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related operations.

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data from multiple sources.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).

• Experience working in an international or global company is an advantage.

• University degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Fluent English (C1 level) is required..
