Warranty Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a Warranty Specialist who will be responsible for managing warranty processes and supporting the dealer network for Chery in Slovakia. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate claim handling, controlling warranty costs, improving product reliability, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process all warranty claims and related documentation
• Review claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with warranty policies
• Coordinate claim approval and settlement with the manufacturer
• Maintain a structured warranty database and detailed claim history
• Analyze warranty data to identify recurring product or service issues
• Provide dealers with guidance on claim submissions and policy interpretation
• Prepare warranty performance, cost, and trend reports for management
• Communicate warranty policy updates to the dealer network
• Recommend corrective actions to reduce warranty expenses and improve product reliability
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely, fair, and professional claim resolution

Requirements

• Proven experience in warranty administration, aftersales, or service operations within the automotive industry
• Strong understanding of warranty procedures, claim handling, and dealer processes
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with manufacturers and dealer partners
• Problem-solving approach with the ability to make balanced decisions
• Strong communication skills
• English — working proficiency (spoken and written)
• Experience working with an importer or dealer network will be a strong advantage
