Accounts Payable Analyst

You will be responsible for completing all assigned tasks and activities within the Accounts Payable team in the Shared Services Centers, ensuring they are delivered in line with the agreed service levels.

Here are additional details about the job:

* Ensuring all invoices are appropriately authorized and processed according to agreed standards.
* Coding and posting of invoices and expenses into the purchase ledger.
* Assisting with preparation of payment runs.
* Reconciling supplier and Direct Debit accounts.
* Maintaining existing and creating new supplier accounts.
* Managing the accounts payable e-mail inbox.
* Other ad-hoc tasks and projects relating to accounts payable processes, as required.
* Highlighting recurring issues to senior members of the team and making suggestions for process improvement opportunities.
