About the job:
The Compliance Analyst is responsible for working closely with the Product Governance Manager to oversee product oversight activity within the Business Group to ensure compliance with the relevant rules and regulations. They act as a key facilitator of CoE’s product review and monitoring controls. This role is pivotal in ensuring that CoE continues to meet its domestic and international regulatory obligations. The Compliance Analyst will also liaise with key stakeholders in Underwriting, Compliance, Delegated Authority, Data and Internal Audit to ensure the smooth functioning of CoE’s product governance framework.
Some of the key tasks may include:
- Ensuring that internal documentation is reviewed regularly and kept up to date.
- Working with Underwriters to ensure that information relevant to product reviews is received in a timely and appropriately detailed manner.
- Assisting in the production of the quarterly Consumer Duty Board pack.
- Assisting with the maintenance of CoE’s conduct risk dashboards.
- Creating quarterly customer outcomes audit reports that highlight areas of any customer risk.
- Creation of CoE’s Product Passports, to be signed off by key stakeholders.
- Working with distributors to collect fair value information.
- Assisting with the creation of fair value statement and target market statements.
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure that product reviews are completed in a timely manner.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
This role would suit an individual with at least 2-3 years of experience in compliance, risk, control or procurement functions in financial services who is looking to develop their career.
Essential Skills:
- Analytical thinking
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent English skills required
- Team oriented, collaborative and flexible in approach.
- A continuous improvement mindset
Good to have:
- Data management skills, including experience with Power BI, Excel, Airtable and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Consumer Duty, PROD 4 and IDD preferred.
