O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
As our Junior Training Coordinator you will ensure efficient coordination and delivery of internal and external training programs that support employee development, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. You will:
-Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external training programs for employees
-Collaborate with external training providers to design and deliver effective training solutions
-Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and participant communications
-Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements for training activities
-Monitor the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback for continuous improvement
-Verify training invoices after receipt, externally conducted training, in-house training, and catalog invoices
- Create yearly purchase orders

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office. HR system (e.g. Workday) knowledge would be a plus
• 1–2 years of experience in training coordination, HR operations, or learning & development — ideally within a shared services organization is of advantage
• Natural Talent in organizing Events and/or managing training programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple deadlines
• Fluent in English and German
