Design Engineer New Product Development (m/f/d)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As a Product Engineer in New Product Development, you will help shape hydraulic pumps and motors used in machines around the world. Your work directly improves reliability, efficiency, and performance, making a tangible impact across industries that keep society moving.

You will collaborate with a global, diverse team across Slovakia, Germany, the USA, India, and China—bringing ideas to life from concept through to real-world application. Here, your contributions don’t stay on paper; they become products used every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and maintain 3D models and technical drawings to ensure high-quality, manufacturable products
• Develop and optimize hydraulic pumps and motors to improve efficiency, durability, and performance
• Collaborate with simulation experts to validate designs using FEM and CFD and strengthen product reliability
• Partner with testing teams to validate and qualify products under real operating conditions
• Work cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, and sales to bring new products successfully to market

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent technical background
• 3–7+ years of experience in technical sales, product support, or application engineering
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and quick connect technologies
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in customer‑facing environments
• Experience working with OEM or multi‑divisional sales channels and understanding of market competitors
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region
