Senior Performance Analyst - COO Office (Hybrid)

This is a role within Chief Operating Office GDTO, as part of the Executive Office and Performance Management team. The team acts, advises and supports the Group Digital and Technology Leadership Team and is the main point-of-contact to the Chief Digital & Technology Officer. This position offers exceptional visibility and influence. You will spearhead our strategic performance framework, translating executive vision into measurable outcomes through sophisticated OKR and KPI architectures.

About the Role
As Senior Vice President, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the GDTO Leadership Team, overseeing the comprehensive performance management ecosystem that drives our organizational strategy. You'll lead high-visibility quarterly business reviews, providing critical insights that inform enterprise-wide decision-making and strategic pivots.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide executive leadership for the Annual and Quarterly Business Review process, partnering directly with the GDTO Leadership Team to drive strategic alignment and accountability
• Architect and oversee the enterprise-wide implementation of our OKR transformation strategy across all divisions, influencing a community of 800+ professionals
• Lead the development of sophisticated executive dashboards and strategic scorecards for the Leadership Team, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors
• Design and govern the organization's Performance Management framework, ensuring strategic alignment, governance excellence, and compliance integrity
• Establish strategic partnerships with the DOO community, serving as executive sponsor and strategic advisor
• Drive innovation in performance management methodologies, leading digital transformation initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness
• Deliver strategic counsel on complex business challenges, providing executive-level analysis and recommendations to senior leadership

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
• University Degree with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including significant cross-functional executive collaboration across global markets and diverse cultural contexts
• Proven track record developing and implementing strategic performance frameworks at the enterprise level, with deep expertise in OKR methodology and executive-level KPI systems
• Executive-level experience producing sophisticated management reports and strategic presentations for Board and C-suite audiences
• Confident in dealing with ambiguity, pragmatic, able to work independently and balance multiple deliverables
• Advanced proficiency with data analytics, visualization tools, and executive presentation development
• Exceptional executive communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership
• A ‘doer’ - someone who balances their passion for connecting with people and exploring innovative ideas with getting things done!

• Experience leading programs and transformation initiatives at the enterprise level
• Executive expertise in Agile methodologies and their application to organizational strategy
