Senior Strategic Supplier Development Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Management of supplier development projects
  (existing and new suppliers, incl. their qualification)
• Evaluation and auditing of suppliers
• Evaluating and optimizing suppliers' work processes
• Conduct improvement workshops with suppliers
• Technical guidance of suppliers in manufacturing process
• Support of suppliers in the implementation of a quality management system
• Clarification of escalated complaints resulting from day-to-day business
• Participate/ lead design to cost and cost down initiatives with suppliers
• Supporting involvement of suppliers in a new product developments
• Control of internal and external resources in the supplier development project
• Evaluation of reports and data collected by incoming inspection (Quality)

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• University or college degree, technical background(engineering or manufacturing, industrial engineering)
• Min. 5 years of professional experience
• Training as a quality representative or auditor, in-depth knowledge of the applicable Quality Management methods
• Advanced production process know-how
  (e.g. turning, milling, coating, welding, stamping…)
• Good knowledge of purchasing, manufacturing and quality management processes.
• Experience in a global company
• MS Office, in particular proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Travel up to 50%
